Meet Concierge Auto Detailing
Greg Hargett started planting the seeds for Concierge Auto Detailing as CITA Social Enterprise in 2019. Setbacks from the pandemic were transformed into opportunities and Concierge emerged as Greg’s plan to couple folks in recovery with job skills and training, while serving the greater Central Ohio area through clean vehicles.
Concierge Auto Detailing participated in the September BrandCamp as a product of their involvement with ECDI accelerator programs. Through BrandCamp, CITA was able to refine the brand’s goals, values and messaging platform, proudly transitioning to the Concierge name with full confidence in their strategy.
As a key part of BrandCamp, Conspire helped Concierge craft a Brand Anthem to serve as a north star for how to communicate.

Campers also got to choose a ‘QuickWin’ design for a tool that will help them solve a problem right away.
For Concierge, getting their name out there and drumming up a local customer base are two of the biggest goals over the coming months as they launch the social enterprise.
The primary focus of Concierge is to put smiles on faces through clean cars. To be able to clearly communicate with customers and be forthcoming with their prices and offerings, a simple sales card was created to drive them toward their goals.
