Three Women-Owned Businesses You Should Know
Our team has been lucky enough to collaborate with some amazing women-owned businesses over the past year. We’re putting the spotlight on a few projects we worked on in the past year and the women behind them.
EMPOWERING THROUGH FLOWERS
Amanda Greenwood, Founder
Petals That Inspire
Amanda Greenwood’s social enterprise, Petals That Inspire is blooming. They’ve worked hard to create a strong foundation through subscriptions, workshops, pop-up shops, and wedding arrangements.
Petals That Inspire is a workforce development partner with Starhouse, helping to lift young adults out of homelessness through on-site job skills training and mentorship.
Amanda launched a friends and family fundraiser to open a studio space for Petals to provide even more impact. We partnered with her to create a brand anthem and a video to kickstart the campaign and we’re excited to see how it grows.
BRAND ANTHEM
Petals That Inspire is in the business of joy.
We’re here to help potentials blossom and flowers flourish through artistry, education & dreams.
Your purchase or partnership gives us the seed needed to provide a creative atmosphere and new opportunities to young adults experiencing homelessness in our community.
Let’s create a more beautiful world together.
WELCOMING CONFIDENCE
Holly Young, FNC-P, President
A Younger You Aesthetics
Holly loves making people feel better. She took her vision of a non-judgmental medical spa experience that's accessible for all and built A Younger You.
Family-founded and women-owned, A Younger You opened the doors to their first space last year where they provide a safe, inclusive, and comfortable environment. They’re focused on community, regularly contributing to organizations like the Ronald McDonald House.
Conspire helped A Younger You create an elegant and professional new website to highlight their company and provide online booking opportunities.
SERVING MAGICAL MOMENTS
Juana Williams, Founder
J’s Sweet Treats
After 25 years in the corporate world, Juana Williams turned a hobby into a pop-up shop into a full-time business and two brick and mortar spaces with J’s Sweet Treats. She lives by her motto of “do it afraid” and is always ready for the next challenge.
Juana’s influence is ever-expanding through community mentorship, television appearances, and special projects for companies like Disney.
Conspire had the opportunity to bring J’s Sweet Treats brand anthem and Juana’s latest retail space in Polaris Mall to life. Take a visit and treat yourself, you won’t regret it.
