Meet Kathy Chiero
Founder of the Kathy Chiero Group and Downsize Columbus, Realtor® Kathy Chiero is always seeking ways to educate her clients and provide exceptional service. A few years after publishing her downsizing resource book, Got Stuff? Get Help!, Kathy needed a companion piece to serve as a concise step-by-step guide to clearing out a well-loved home. Conspire worked with Kathy to dream up a print piece that paired effectively with the book, but could also stand alone as a separate purchase.

Conspire Approach
This piece describes five main points in the downsizing process, each supported by a series of tips along the way. The layout of information is pretty structured and linear in nature; this ensures that anyone feeling in over their head by the idea of beginning their downsizing journey is not overwhelmed with the steps they need to take to get started.
The iconography and colors corresponding to each step are connected to relevant chapters in the Got Stuff? Get Help! book, which makes this piece truly feel like a companion to the book and easy to navigate through. We also included some variations of a bird in flight which appears across Downsize Columbus collateral, and here the bird serves as a guide from step to step.
Clients and event attendees now have a concise, approachable resource that makes their downsizing journey feel more empowering than intimidating.
